The export process
- Tell us what you need
Model, quantity, steering side, destination port and any body or spec changes. WhatsApp is fastest.
- Receive a quotation
We send a proforma invoice with the exact configuration, Incoterm (FOB, CFR or CIF) and delivery time.
- Confirm and pay the deposit
Payment terms are agreed per order and written on the proforma invoice.
- Production and inspection
Vehicles are built or sourced, then checked; third-party or destination inspections are arranged in China.
- Export clearance and documents
We file export customs and issue the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and B/L.
- Shipping and handover
RoRo, container, flat rack, rail or road. You receive tracking and the original documents for clearance.
Shipping methods
Driven units such as trucks, buses and cars are driven onto the vessel. The usual choice for complete vehicles.
Cars, light vehicles and SKD/CKD kits travel in 40' HQ containers, protected from weather and handling.
Large trucks and special vehicles go on flat-rack containers when RoRo does not serve your port.
Overland routes from western China to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the wider Central Asia region.
Incoterms we quote

CKD and SKD supply
For assembly partners and buyers in markets with high duties on complete vehicles, we supply semi-knocked-down (SKD) and completely-knocked-down (CKD) kits for trucks, buses and selected light vehicles.
Kits are packed in containers with parts lists that match your assembly line. Tell us the model, kit level and annual volume to get a quotation.
